Safety documents for a white-label app platform

A workplace safety platform needed its Gravity Forms PDFs to hold up in an inspection, and to carry each client’s own brand.

Result: documents generated straight from the forms, branded for every client.

What I built

  • A4 landscape Safe Work Method Statements and safety management plans
  • Hazard and incident reports with a header on every page and version footers
  • The client’s logo and colours pulled from settings per site
  • Coloured section bands generated in code, so the layout holds with any amount of data

What is Gravity PDF?

A plugin that turns Gravity Forms entries into PDF documents. It comes with basic templates; a custom template gives you full control over the layout.

Can you recreate our existing document?

Yes. Send me the current version and I’ll build a template that matches it, filled with the data from your form.

Can one entry create several PDFs?

Yes. A quote for the client and a work order for your team can come from the same entry, each with its own template.

Can the PDF be emailed automatically?

Yes, attached to any Gravity Forms notification, or delivered to a portal or a WooCommerce order.

How is the template delivered?

As a template file installed on your site, tested on a staging copy first.
