From a real project

A registry search that orders itself

A legal services company sold registry searches through forms, but every order still meant someone fetching the report by hand and emailing it.

Result: many orders now go from payment to delivered report without anyone touching them.

What I built

  • A custom Gravity Forms field that searches the registry, so customers pick the right company
  • After payment, one background job per company orders the report through the registry’s API
  • Reports land in the customer’s portal and the order completes itself
  • One email when the whole batch is ready, and a clear alert when staff need to step in

Frequently asked questions

Can you fix or extend a form someone else built?

Yes. I review the form and the code behind it first, then fix or extend it without breaking your entries.

Will custom code break when Gravity Forms updates?

I build on the official add-on framework and Gravity Forms’ public hooks, which is what keeps add-ons working across updates. My own premium add-ons are maintained the same way.

Can you connect Gravity Forms to our CRM?

Almost certainly. If your CRM has an API, entries can be sent, updated and synced both ways.

Do I need extra Gravity Forms add-ons?

Only when they save you development time. I use what you have where possible and tell you when something like Gravity Perks or Gravity PDF is the better choice.
