What does it do?
When using choice based fields such as dropdown or radio fields, gravity forms has the option to add both a label and a value. By default the value will be shown in the summary but you can change this by using this setting. Follow the below steps.

This setting is only available on choice fields such as radio, checkbox and select fields. This also works for product fields using those field types.

1. Go to the field settings and open the live summary tab
Find the checkbox labeled “show choice labels” and check it.
2. Save the form
