1. Open form settings
2. Choose width
In the general settings of the plugin you will find a dropdown to control the width of the summary. Currently you can choose between 15% and 40% in increments of 5%. Do reach out if you need another width!
3. Save form settings
Save the form settings by using one of the submit or save settings buttons!
