The summary can be turned on and off for each individual form
1. Open the settings page
Navigate to your form and hover over it until you see the hidden settings popup. Go to settings and a new dropdown will appear. Click on the menu item that says “GF Summary Add-on”
2. Turn on the on/off Switch
3. Save your settings
The summary is now turned on for this form but will appear empty on the page now because we still need to configure which fields we want to show inside the summary on the frontend.
