Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Your licence stays active until it expires but will not renew.

What happens when my licence expires?

The plugins keep working. You just stop receiving updates and support until you renew.

I already own one of your plugins. Can I upgrade?

Yes. Existing customers can upgrade to the All Access Bundle from their account page.

How do I upgrade my licence?

Log in, open your account page and choose the upgrade option next to your current licence.

Will the plugins slow down my site?

No. The add-ons are lightweight and only load their small JS and CSS files on pages that contain a form using them.

What are the requirements?

PHP 8.0 or higher, Gravity Forms 2.5+, WordPress 5+ and the SOAP or cURL PHP extension.
